9bit Terms & Conditions — Full English Version

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 9bit ("we", "us", "the Platform") and its users ("you", "member"). 9bit is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence.

In these Terms & Conditions, "Services" refers to 9bit's website, mobile application, Sports Betting, Live Casino, virtual games, and all related features. "Account" refers to your registered personal profile on 9bit.

These terms were written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To create an account at 9bit, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each person is allowed to hold only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.

After registration, a verification link will be sent to your email. Your account will not be fully activated until you click this link. Deposits and withdrawals are not available without verification.

As a responsible gaming platform, 9bit follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Identity verification may be required prior to withdrawal or after a certain deposit threshold is reached.

For KYC verification, please submit one of the following government-issued documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while verification is in progress. Large withdrawals will not be approved until the KYC process is complete.

9bit currently supports the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from your own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be refunded. 9bit does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if unusual betting patterns are detected.

9bit does not charge any fees on withdrawals. However, bank-imposed charges may apply for bank transfers.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets at 9bit:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Verify all information before placing a bet.
• Pre-match bets can be placed at any time before the match kicks off.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the time a bet is accepted are final.
• Bets on suspended matches due to technical issues may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• 9bit reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious error in the odds.

Sports Betting results are determined based on the official results of the relevant governing body. In the event of any dispute, 9bit's decision is final.

9bit offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus can only be used once per person/account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 10–30x the bonus amount.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus that is not used before it expires will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• 9bit reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9bit and may result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Fraud: Use of stolen payment details or false identity.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or scripts.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting bonuses to generate risk-free profits.

If any of the above activities are detected, 9bit may close the account and seize the associated balance without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

9bit may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If information does not match during KYC verification.
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.

If an account is closed and no terms violation is proven, any remaining balance will be refunded.

9bit believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all our members to game responsibly. To support this, 9bit offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from gaming for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Session status reminders at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
